How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access on one business location for 14 days. A card is required to start, but you are not charged during the trial. On day 14 it automatically becomes a paid plan and charges $100 for that location - cancel before then and you pay nothing. One free trial per account.
What does per-location pricing mean?
You pay $100 per month for each business location, and every location is billed separately on its own monthly cycle. Adding a location charges $100 right away and starts its own cycle. Removing a location cancels it immediately - there is no refund for the unused days.
Do I need to give Google access?
Yes. You sign in with Google and connect your Google Business Profile so ProfilePulse can post, reply to reviews, and read your insights. You stay in control and can disconnect anytime, but the product needs that connection to run.
Can I approve AI replies before they post?
Yes. Review automation runs in two modes - fully automatic, or approval-first, where every AI reply waits for your one-tap approval before it goes live.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. On a paid location you can invite up to 10 team members at no extra cost - there is no per-seat charge. Team members cannot be added during the free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no contracts. Turn off auto-renew to keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then it simply stops - or remove a location to cancel it right away. Either way there are no refunds, and re-adding a location later starts a new paid subscription.
